By using VerdexBet you agree to trade prediction-market contracts at your own risk. This is a demonstration build; no real funds are held or moved. Eligibility is restricted by jurisdiction — access from the United States and South Korea is blocked. You must be of legal age and complete identity verification (KYC) before any real-money trading. We may suspend or freeze markets to protect the integrity of the ledger.
Risk Disclosure
Prediction markets are speculative. Contract values can move quickly and can settle to zero. Only commit funds you can afford to lose. Settlement depends on third-party resolution and on-chain finality. Custodial handling of funds carries counterparty and operational risk; reconciliation guards correctness but is not a guarantee of solvency or regulatory compliance.
Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to operate the service — your email, your trading activity, and (for real-money use) KYC data handled by a third-party provider. We never expose private keys to the browser; all signing is server-side. This demonstration stores your state locally in your browser only.
